Public Lecture |
Jill Tarter, director of the SETI Institute, will give a public lecture in the
conference centre. Title: "SETI: Science Fact, not Fiction" . This event is open to the public, but we encourage all conference participants to attend. The lecture will be held in english. More info here |

Reception at MPIA | The Max Planck Institute will sponsor a reception at the Institute on top of the Königstuhl. Bus transportation from the conference center and back to town will be provided. |

Boat Trip | On Thursday afternoon, a three hour boat cruise from Heidelberg to Neckarsteinach will give the opportunity to both enjoy the beautiful Neckar valley and chat with friends and colleagues in a relaxed atmosphere. The boat will leave from the dock directly across from the conference center. Tickets (Euro 12.35) available on Tuesday, April 22, in the conference center. |
