The format of this file is specified:

The first 8 characters are reserved for the HD-Number, e.g. HD123456 or HD1234
The next 5 characters are blank
The next 80 characters are reserved for the comment.
If you need more space use the next line but do not forget to enter the HD-Number again.
Please state date and name in the first line, eg. 07.28.05, Benjamin Moster:
