General Information
The 2.2m-telescope
on La Silla is a twin of the 2.2m-telescope on
Calar Alto. A new agreement between MPIA and ESO
is in place, and regulates access to the telescope
during the April 1, 2009 - March 31, 2013, period.
The G ROND group can
trigger up to 15% of the time with over-write
status during this time. The instruments available
are the Wide-Field Imager, FEROS
and GROND.
Users of GROND please see GROND
description and preparation of GROND OBs.
MPIA observers and PIs please see
information
for
PIs and service observers from MPIA
Please check the ESO
home page for up to date information.
To monitor
progress and status of your observations please
refer to the ESO-Website.
