Transportation
We will get to Maulbronn by a mixture of private cars, institute cars and two rented mini-buses.

The drive time from Heidelberg to Maulbronn is 1-1.5 hours. Since we want to start the meeting at 11:00AM
sharp, and we should get the rooms before that, it is recommended to leave Heidelberg at 8:30 to 9:00AM.
Please, arrange the actual pickup-times and locations among yourselves!

Private car insurance
One comment about car insurances. In principal, no problem to drive private cars. The travel department just pointed out
that in case something happens, your private insurance will cover it, and you will potentially be downgraded in their
system and may pay more fees the next time. To avoid that, all of you providing a private car may file an additional
insurance for these three days. A form for that can be found on our home-page
(http://www.mpia.de/Public/menu_q2.php?MPIA/Intern/Forms/forms.html). It costs 3.81 Euro per day. Unfortunately, that
cannot be reimbursed by the institute lateron.
