Accommodation

The Max Planck Society Conference Center Castle Ringberg has rooms for 43 persons, some of them are double rooms. As the lecture hall allows for about 70 participants, 27 people are hosted in hotels in the nearby town.

The costs per day are: Every morning and evening, participants are picked up at the hotels and are transported to the castle. We provide addtional rides with the institute cars in the evening to support social interactions at the castle in the evening.

    The full castle board rate per day of 100 Eur includes one drink at the meals and refreshments during the breaks. Colleagues staying at the hotel will have lunch and dinner at the castle.

It is assumed that you arrive on Sunday before dinner and leave on Friday after lunch. If you plan to deviate from this schedule, please contact the organizers. A block reservation has been made at the "Hotel zur Post" (Hauptstr. 5-7, D-83708 Kreuth, Phone +49 08029/99550), and the booking will be done for you.

Accompanying persons
A hotel booking can be done for accompanying persons. Please note that due to the heavy overbooking, however, they will not be hosted or served meals at the castle.
