The meeting will be held at the Ringberg Castle, a conference facility of the Max Planck Society. Working and dining rooms are designed for meetings of up to 60 people. At full occupancy 42 persons can be accommodated in the castle.

On the official Ringberg website there is a description of how to get to Ringberg castle by public transport. Other useful links are the Bayerische Oberlandbahn which takes you from Munich to Tegernsee, the Tegernsee website where general tourist information is given and the bus company homepage .
The bus 9556 takes you from Tegernsee to the station "Oberhof, Abzweigung Ringberg Schloss". From there it is a nice 15 min walk up to the castle. Another possibility would be to take a taxi from Tegernsee to the castle or a (cheaper) so called Sammel-Taxi.
