Lodging:

IWH provides a limited number of rooms directly at the conference site. These are:
  • 4 single rooms for €65,- per night
  • 6 double rooms for €95,- per night
  • 2 Appartments for €105,- per night (up to 3 persons)
We are still negotiating the prices for singly booked double rooms and appartments!

Otherwise, IWH is situated in the heart of Heidelberg's "Old Town", so there are plenty of Hotels nearby which you can (and have to) book yourself (See travel).

Please indicate here your preference for lodging, including things like date of arrival and departure, willingness to share a double room (and with whom), willingness to accept up to what price for a single room at IWH, or preference of booking your own hotel:
